There is no unsubscribed capacity at the this time. An Open Season was held in October, 2004 for submittal of requests for firm transportation service on San Patricio Pipeline. As a result of the Open Season, a Precedent Agreement was signed providing for execution of a transportation agreement for the full capacity of 1,070,000 MMBtu per day for a 15-year term.
