A Precedent Agreement was signed providing for the execution of a firm transportation agreement. The firm transportation agreement has not been signed and will not be effective until the in-service date of the pipeline. The pipeline is under development and not yet in service. Accordingly, there are no firm transportation agreements in place at this time.
